Booking Cancellation

There are no charges if the booking is cancelled 31 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellations should be requested in writing to:
info@sa-torre.com or via fax at +34 971 14 41 12 indicating the booking details.
In the event of a no show or a booking cancellation within less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the customer will be charged an equivalent to the reservation corresponding to the deposit paid as a guarantee (25% charged on credit card), and the booking will then be cancelled.
Banking expenses arising from booking cancellations will be paid by the customer
